A custom-built chamber.
The largest freeze-drying chamber we have delivered so far has a volume of 5.7 m³ and a heated shelf area of 54 m². The chamber can dry more than 1,500 food portions in a single batch.

A multi-purpose vacuum chamber designed for the rescue of valuable documents, installed at the National Library of the Czech Republic. In addition to all known and commonly used drying methods, the chamber can also disinfect and acclimatize materials such as paper, files, books, wood, leather and more.
